You are invited
You’ve pictured it. Now plan it.
The light through the kitchen window. The garden. The home you’d grow old in. Join us for a small morning high tea for women ready to stop dreaming about that home and start planning it.
“I’d love to own my own place. I just don’t know if I can afford it, or where I’d even begin.”
The pieces sit with different people: the bank, the broker, the builder, the accountant. Each one sees part of your picture. On 6 November, a Chartered Accountant and a property specialist show you the whole.

Questions
Is this for first-home buyers only?
No. It is for any woman who wants to own land and build, whether it is her first property or her forever home after renting or selling. The numbers session works from wherever you are.
What if I don’t have a deposit yet?
Come anyway. Your Property Numbers will tell you what the deposit needs to be and how long it takes to get there, which is the plan most people are missing.
What happens to my $89?
It covers your seat and the high tea, GST included. If you join The Wealth Upgrade™ afterwards, the full $89 comes off the program fee.
What if I can’t make it on the day?
Seats are non-refundable, but you can transfer yours to a friend or to the December Her Future™ event up to 48 hours before. Email us and we’ll move it.
Dietary requirements and access
Tell us your dietary needs when you book and Little Ginger will look after you. Accessibility details for the venue are being confirmed; ask us if you need anything specific.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, she needs her own seat. Twenty in total, so book together.

Website Terms & ConditionsLast updated 16 October 2026
1. Website Terms of Use
1.1 Who we are
Welcome to the website of Kerry Towndrow (ABN 12 841 871 824) ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to kerrytowndrow.com, our Skool community, and all pages, forms and files on them ("this site").
1.2 Agreement to these terms
By accessing this site, joining a waitlist, or booking an event or program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
1.3 Privacy
Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy below, which forms part of these Terms. When you complete a form, your details are stored in our customer relationship system and related tools so we can respond to you, manage bookings and send the communications you asked for. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
1.4 Age
You must be 18 or over to make a booking or purchase on this site.
1.5 Acceptable use
Your use of this site is subject to the rules in Schedule 1 (Prohibited conduct). We may suspend or end your access to this site, or decline a booking, if:
- you breach these Terms;
- we cannot verify information you give us; or
- we reasonably believe your actions may cause harm or legal liability to us, our clients, partners or any other person.
1.6 Indemnity
You indemnify us against any loss, liability or cost (including reasonable legal costs) we incur because of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of this site, or any material you submit through it, except to the extent the loss is caused by our own negligence or breach.
2. Bookings and payments
2.1 How a booking is made
Information on this site is an invitation to book, not an offer. When you complete a checkout, you make an offer to buy the event seat, program or product you selected. Your booking is accepted when we send a confirmation email or begin providing the service, whichever is first.
2.2 Waitlists
Joining a waitlist is free and does not reserve a seat or place. Waitlist members receive priority notice when bookings open. Places are then confirmed on payment, in order of booking.
2.3 Limited capacity
Some events have limited seats. If an event is full when your payment is received, we will refund you in full or offer a seat at the next event.
2.4 Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but not for a booking already accepted.
2.5 Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy. Where we offer bank transfer, we will email the account details and a reference number to quote.
2.6 Payment plans
Where a program is offered on a payment plan, you agree to pay every instalment on time. If an instalment fails and is not paid within 7 days of our reminder, we may pause your access until it is paid. A payment plan is a commitment to the full program price, not a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time, unless the offer page says otherwise.
2.7 Fraud checks
We may hold or cancel a booking that fails our payment provider's fraud checks. If we cancel for this reason, we will refund any amount received.
3. Events, programs and refunds
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or other remedy the law provides.
3.1 Event seats
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| You cancel 7 or more days before the event | Full credit towards a future event or program, valid 12 months |
| You cancel less than 7 days before, or do not attend | No refund or credit, but you may transfer your seat (3.2) |
| We cancel the event | Full refund, or a seat at the rescheduled date if you prefer |
| We change the date or venue | Choice of the new date, credit, or full refund |
| Event cannot run for reasons outside our control (illness of a presenter, venue closure, severe weather, public health orders) | Seat at the rescheduled date, credit, or full refund |
3.2 Seat transfers
You may transfer your seat to another person at no cost by emailing hi@magnetisedmoney.com with their name and email before the event.
3.3 Event credits towards a program
Where an event page says the seat price is credited towards a program (for example, the Her Future™ $89 seat credited to The Wealth Upgrade™), the credit:
- applies to the named program only;
- must be used within 90 days of the event;
- is applied at checkout or deducted from the first payment; and
- has no cash value and cannot be transferred, unless we agree in writing.
3.4 Programs and coaching
- Cooling-off: you may cancel a program within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not attended a live session or accessed more than 20% of the content.
- After that: program fees are not refundable for change of mind. You may pause once for up to 4 weeks by written request.
- Missed sessions: recordings are provided where available. Missed live sessions are not refunded or rescheduled.
- Our cancellation: if we cannot deliver the program, we will refund the unused portion of your fees.
3.5 Digital products
Digital downloads and on-demand training are not refundable for change of mind once accessed, because they cannot be returned.
3.6 How to request a refund or credit
Email hi@magnetisedmoney.com with your name, booking and reason. We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days.
3.7 Conduct at events
We may ask anyone who behaves in a disrespectful, unsafe or disruptive way to leave, without refund. Food at catered events is provided by the venue; please tell us about dietary needs when booking. We are not responsible for personal belongings.
3.8 Photography and recording
We may photograph or record events for marketing. By attending, you consent to appearing in this material. If you prefer not to appear, tell us at check-in and we will exclude you.
4. Education, results and intellectual property
4.1 Education only, not advice
Our events, programs, tools and content are general education. They are not personal financial, credit, tax, legal or property advice, and do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Before acting, consider whether the information suits you and seek advice from a licensed professional such as a financial adviser, credit provider, accountant, solicitor or conveyancer.
4.2 Partners and referrals
Some events are co-hosted with partners such as Madison Property. Partners are responsible for their own services and advice. If you choose to engage a partner, you contract with them directly. We do not receive any referral fee or commission if you engage a partner.
We share your details with Madison Property only if you tick the consent box on our booking or waitlist form. You can attend without giving that consent, and withdraw it at any time. See section 4.3 of our Privacy Policy.
4.3 Results
Testimonials and examples on this site reflect individual experiences. They are not a promise or typical result. Outcomes depend on your circumstances, decisions, market conditions and effort.
4.4 Our content
All content on this site, and all materials provided in our events and programs (including workbooks, templates, frameworks, recordings and dashboards), belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may use materials for your own personal or internal business use. You must not copy, resell, share, teach or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
4.5 Trade marks
Our names, logos and program names, including those marked ™, are our trade marks. You must not use them without our written consent.
4.6 Copyright concerns
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email hi@magnetisedmoney.com with details of the work and the material concerned. We will review it and remove or block the material if appropriate.
5. Liability and general terms
5.1 Your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
5.2 This site
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses, or that information on linked third-party sites is accurate.
5.3 Limit of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity; and
- where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the event, program or product the claim relates to.
5.4 Your decisions
You are responsible for the decisions you make using information from our events, programs and content, including any property purchase, borrowing or investment decision.
5.5 Notices
We may give you notices by email to the address you provided. You can contact us at hi@magnetisedmoney.com.
5.6 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this site at the time you book applies to that booking. Material changes will not apply to a booking already accepted without your agreement.
5.7 Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent, except a seat transfer under 3.2. We may transfer our rights and obligations to a successor business, provided your rights are not reduced.
5.8 Waiver and severability
If we do not enforce a term, we have not waived it. If any term is invalid or unenforceable, it is removed and the rest of these Terms continue to apply.
5.9 Interpretation
Headings are for convenience only. "Including" means including without limitation. The singular includes the plural.
5.10 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
